Meet Erin Phillips
Erin Phillips is a valued member of our team, serving as our Front Desk Receptionist and Insurance Specialist. She is often one of the first friendly faces our patients see and plays an important role in making every visit welcoming and organized.
Erin is a graduate of Alexandria High School and attended Jacksonville State University, earning her degree in Biology. With her attention to detail and dedication to helping patients, she assists with scheduling, insurance questions, and the many details that help keep our office running smoothly.
Erin enjoys working with patients and is committed to providing friendly, helpful service from the moment they walk through our doors.
Meet Alivia Ward
Alivia Ward is a valued member of our team, serving as an Eye Care Technician and Optical Specialist. She is a graduate of WPHS and continued her education at Jacksonville State University (JSU), where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology.
In her role, Alivia works closely with patients throughout their eye care experience, assisting with clinical testing and helping patients find the right eyewear and glasses to meet their vision needs and personal style.
Alivia brings a friendly attitude, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their eye care and eyewear choices.
Meet Ian Bonds
Ian Bonds is an important member of our eye care team, serving as an Eye Care Technician. He graduated from Jacksonville Christian Academy (JCA) and continued his education at Jacksonville State University (JSU).
In his role as an Eye Care Technician, Ian works closely with patients and the rest of our clinical team to help ensure each visit is comfortable, efficient, and thorough. His attention to detail and friendly approach make him a valued part of our practice.
Ian is dedicated to providing excellent patient care and helping our patients have a positive experience from the moment they arrive.
